never thought I’d be writing something like this. When I bought my iPhone on October 7, the staff were all smiles, super helpful, super welcoming. But fast-forward to today, December 4, not even two months later, and my phone’s touch screen stopped working. I couldn’t use maps, couldn’t call for help… I was stranded and stressed out. When I finally got to the Apple Store at Richmond Centre, I expected at least a little understanding. Instead, I was met with cold responses and pressure to pay for
